Everybody loves a hot juicy wiener in their mouth, right? Next week at ACME, you can have a selection of nine sausages to cram into your pie hole. Plus, tasty beverages to wash it all down with.
But it’s not all in the name of gluttony and casings: the event benefits Chefs Collaborative, “a leading nonprofit network of chefs that fosters a sustainable food system through advocacy, education and collaboration with the broader food community,” according to the event flyer.
The scene is mostly local, with dogs from 4505, Absinthe, Let’s Be Frank, Fatted Calf, and Boccalone trotting through. Couple one of those delights with a brew from Magnolia or 21st Amendment, and you’ve got yourself a veritable palate frenzy.
