The San Francisco Fire Department will graduate 18 new emergency medical technicians on Monday.
According to the department, the graduates finish training today and will begin work on the streets the day after graduation.
The new EMTs will be honored by Fire Chief Joanne Hayes-White at a ceremony on Treasure Island Monday morning.
