Five people, including a man who barricaded himself inside a home for several hours on Friday, have been arrested for the gang-related murder on Thursday of a San Francisco man.

Delvon Fields, 28, was found shot at about 5:20 p.m. at McKinnon Avenue and Third Street, in the city’s Bayview District, according to police. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.

According to police, Fields and five others had been inside a car when the shooting occurred.

About a half-hour after the shooting, police arrested an 18-year-old woman, Zikay Starks, of San Francisco, in the 1600 block of Palou Ave., a few blocks away, according to police and the sheriff’s department.

On Friday afternoon, police spotted London Shaw, 21, and Artell Robbins, 20, both of San Francisco, in the 1500 block of Kirkwood Avenue, also blocks away from the killing.

Robbins was detained immediately, but Shaw fled into a nearby home where he barricaded himself inside, surrendering more than five hours later, police said.

On Saturday afternoon, police arrested Cyril Hanna, 22, of San Francisco, in the 1100 block of Fillmore Street. Cecil Terrell III, 21, of San Francisco, was arrested at the San Francisco Hall of Justice Saturday evening.

The five suspects were each booked on one count of murder, five counts of attempted murder, one count of participation in a criminal street gang, one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle and one count of conspiracy.

Robbins was also booked on charges of carrying a concealed weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Hanna additionally faces a charge of possession of a stolen vehicle, and Terrell with violating his parole.

Police have not provided further information on the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
