Officer Lozano was on patrol when she saw a vehicle being driven recklessly at a high rate of speed. Officer Lozano effected a traffic enforcement stop of the vehicle, and learned that the driver was unlicensed. The driver was cited and the vehicle was towed, case number 090699895.
4:14 am San Jose Ave. / Randall St. Suspended License
Officer McCall was on patrol and witnessed a moving vehicle drive onto the restricted roadway for light rail vehicles. Officer McCall effected a traffic enforcement stop and contacted the driver, who happened to have a suspended license. Officer McCall cited the driver, and the vehicle was towed, case number 090700248.
10:52 am 200 block Hahn St. Warrant Arrest
Officer Muro and Officer Ng responded to a call of a possible wanted person. Upon their arrival, they located the suspect, confirmed the warrant, and took custody of the subject for his outstanding warrant, case number 090701161.
1:42 pm 400 block 27th St. Battery
Sgt. Escobar responded to a call of a battery in a residence. The victim stated that she had an argument with a family member, at which point the family member grabbed her arm, leaving a contusion. The victim made a citizen’s arrest of the suspect, and the suspect was taken into custody by Sgt. Escobar, case number 090702454.
4:55 pm Brazil Ave. / Mission St. Unlicensed Driver
Officer Ueber was on foot patrol and witnessed a vehicle collision. Upon contacting the involved parties, Officer Ueber learned that one driver was unlicensed. Officer Ueber cited the driver, and the vehicle was towed, case number 090702567.
6:58 pm 4700 block Mission St. Warrant Arrest
Officer Padilla and Officer Gamboa were on foot patrol when they responded to a call of numerous subjects causing a public disturbance. Officer Padilla and Officer Gamboa arrived onscene with Officer Suguitan and Officer Chou and detained six subjects. One subject became combative, pushed one of the officers, and attempted to flee from the scene. A struggle between the suspect and the officers ensued, after which the subject was finally taken into custody. An investigation revealed that the subject had provided false identification to the officers in an attempt to conceal an outstanding arrest warrant under his real name. The suspect was booked, case number 090702761.

Officer Richards was on patrol and observed a moving vehicle with an expired registration sticker. Officer Richards effected a traffic enforcement stop and learned that the driver was operating the vehicle with a suspended license. the driver was cited and the vehicle was towed, case number 090703060.

Officer Archilla approached an illegally double-parked vehicle and contacted the driver, who happened to have a suspended license. Officer Archilla cited the driver and the vehicle was towed, case number 090703349.
10:18 pm Arlington St. / Miguel St. Unlicensed Driver
Officer Stansbury was on patrol and noticed a moving vehicle with a defective license plate lamp. Officer Stansbury effected a traffic enforcement stop and contacted the driver, who did not have a valid driver’s license. The driver was cited and the vehicle was towed, case number 090703565.
10:26 pm Mission St. / Rolph St. Unlicensed Driver
Officer McCall was on patrol in the darkness of the night and witnessed a moving vehicle that did not have any functioning tail lamps. Officer McCall effected a traffic enforcement stop and learned that the driver did not have a valid driver’s license. The driver was cited and the vehicle was towed, case number 090703593.
11:18 pm 4400 block Mission St. Narcotics Possession
Officer Morse, Officer Archilla, and Sgt. Molina contacted a known gang member who was still on probation. During a probation search of the suspect’s vehicle, Officer Morse, Officer Archilla, and Sgt. Molina located suspected illegal narcotics. The suspect was taken into custody. Officer Archilla then conducted a probation search of the subjects known residence, and located additional suspected illegal narcotics and a large quantity of money, case number 090703690.
2:50 am 3300 block Mission St. Aggravated Assault
Officer Jou and Officer Jones responded to General Hospital regarding a stabbing victim. The victim was in surgery at the time and the officers were unable to interview him. The officers spoke with the victim’s friend, who transported the victim to the hospital in his personal car. The friend stated that the victim called him asking for help. The victim said that he had been in a fight and that he had gotten hurt, but did not give any details, case number 090700072.
3:18 am 300 block Oxford St. Street Robbery
Officer Almaguer and Officer Ng responded to a call of a robbery and met with the victim. The victim had just parked his car and was walking towards his house when he was approached by three unknown male subjects. One suspect pinned the victim up against a parked vehicle and threatened to kill the victim. The other two suspects went through the victim’s pockets and took his wallet, cell phone, and duffle bag. The suspects then fled on foot, case number 090700179.

PSA Heckenberg-Tognozzi prepared a report where a victim was walking in St. Mary’s Park when a leashed dog bit her several times on the arm. The dog’s owner provided the victim with her contact information before leaving with the dog, case number 090700890.

Officer Pedersen, Officer Goff, and Officer Chan responded to a call regarding a burglary and met with the victim. The victim stated that she returned home to find her bathroom window open, and electronic equipment and clothing missing from her residence, case number 090701406.

PSA Guituan prepared a report where the victim returned to his parked car in a parking garage and discovered numerous items missing, case number 090702410.

Officer Chi responded to a call of a battery. The victim had a verbal argument with an unknown female onboard a Muni bus. As the victim got off the bus, the suspect followed her and sprayed the victim with pepper spray, case number 090702777.

PSA Guituan prepared a report regarding a victim who had an unauthorized check from her account processed in another state, case number 090702755.

PSA Guituan prepared a report where the victim returned home and found her laptop missing, case number 090703452.
9:58 pm 3300 block Mission St. Counterfeit Notes
Officer Ng and Officer Almaguer responded to a grocery store regarding a fraud. The store manager had detained an individual who had attempted to buy groceries with a counterfeit bill. Officer Ng and Officer Almaguer notified the US Secret Service, seized the note as evidence, and released the subject, case number 090699538.

Officer Howard responded to a grocery store regarding a theft. When Officer Howard arrived, he observed the suspect take several swings at two store security officers who were attempting to detain the suspect for shoplifting. As Officer Howard intervened, the suspect punched Officer Howard in the face. After a brief struggle, Officer Howard took the subject into custody for burglary and several counts of battery, case number 090705016.
6:30 pm Cortland Ave. / Bocana St. Unlicensed Driver
Officer T. Sullivan was on patrol and saw a moving vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign. Officer Sullivan effected a traffic enforcement stop and contacted the driver. Officer Sullivan cited the driver for failing to yield and for being unlicensed, and the vehicle was towed, case number 090706155.
11:08 pm 4900 block Mission St. Aggravated Assault
Officer M. Sullivan and Officer Ma responded to a call of an assault on a grocery store employee. Sgt. Heidohrn located and detained the suspect a few blocks away. The victim stated that he had refused to sell some alcoholic beverage to an unidentified male because of a lack of ID. The suspect, angry at his friend’s inability to purchase alcoholic beverage, threw an unknown store item at the victim, striking him on the head. The suspect was booked, case number 090706939.
6:20 am 1000 block Persia Ave Hot Prowl
Burglary Officer Huang and Officer Massey were on patrol when they were flagged down by a victim of a residential burglary. The victim stated that he returned home to confront two unknown males existing his garage, each carrying a guitar case. The suspects then fled on foot with the victims property. The victim checked on the well-being of his two roommates, who were home at the time. The roommates did not have any knowledge that the suspects had been inside of the garage, case number 090704375.

Officer Najarro was on patrol and found a parked vehicle engulfed in flames. Before the Fire Department could extinguish the fire, the flames spread to an adjacent parked vehicle, case number 090705351.
10:31 pm Onondaga Ave. / Alemany Blvd. Battery
Officer Lozano and Officer McCall responded to a call of a fight. Three victims were attending a large party at a local community hall. A fight broke out, and each of the three victims were struck by unknown suspects, case number 090706917.

Officer Hurwitz and Officer Daggett, along with several other Ingleside officers, responded to an address where a known fugitive might have been residing. Officer Hurwitz and Officer Daggett contacted the resident, confirmed her identity and the outstanding arrest warrant, and took her into custody, case number 080630570.

Officer Ueber was on patrol and witnessed a moving vehicle perform a prohibited turning maneuver. Officer Ueber effected a traffic enforcement stop and contacted the driver, who had never been issued a driver’s license. Officer Ueber cited the driver, and the vehicle was towed, case number 090708521.
5:50 pm Mission St. / France St. Warrant Arrest
Officer Fung and Officer Pereira were on patrol and notice a moving vehicle that did not have a front license plate. Officer Fung effected a traffic enforcement stop and contacted the driver, who happened to have a suspended license. Officer Pereira contacted the passenger, who was a reported missing person and additionally had an outstanding arrest warrant. Officer Fung cited the driver, the vehicle was towed, and the passenger was booked, case number 090709193.
6:51 pm Virginia St. / Coleridge St. Warrant Arrest
Officer Archilla and Officer Morse were conducting surveillance for a wanted subject. Officer Archilla spotted the wanted subject run to a waiting vehicle, where she and the driver were detained by Officer Archilla and Officer Morse. An investigation revealed that the driver had a suspended license and that the owner of the vehicle did not give consent for either of them to take the vehicle. One subject was cited and the other booked, case number 090709507.
2:10 pm 1100 block Sunnydale Ave. Aggravated Assault
Officer Peregoy and Officer Trail responded to a call of an assault. The victim stated that she had gotten into an argument with her father. The father threw eggs at the victim and slapped her before leaving the premise. The victim’s brother and cousin refused to provide any details to the investigating officers, case number 090708565.

PSA Knuckles prepared a report where the victim returned to her parked car to find its driver side mirror broken off, case number 090709256.
11:02 pm Mission St. / Excelsior Ave. Street Robbery
Officer Pereira responded to assist Sgt. Daniele and Sgt. Kim, who were flagged down regarding a robbery while on patrol. The victim said that she was waiting for the Muni bus when she was approached by two unknown males. One suspect started shouting at the victim. As the victim turned to leave, the first suspect pushed her from behind and punched her in the face. The suspect pulled the victim’s chain from around her neck and then took the victim’s wallet from her pocket before fleeing on foot with the other unidentified male, case number 090710128.
