Students from State probably won’t be purchasing too many sustainably ranched sandwiches while wandering the Panhandle, since their fees are looking to go up 20%.

The proposal from the California State Chancellor also recommends turning away 40,000 more students over two years, and mandates across the board furloughs for employees.

And while all the CSU sites will not have spring admissions in 2010, at least SF State has not closed off hundreds of classes like Fresno State. Regents will vote on the proposal on Tuesday.
