  • Brock already handled this, but it’s hard for me not to lay in. too. Here’s Paolo’s Eater post on the Alemany Market vendor bounces, from early yesterday, and here’s Chuck Nevius’s column on the same topic today. I know Chuck and think he’s a good guy, and don’t think he would troll blogs and do rewrite on them. However, he has, on more than one occasion, stuff to the tune of how bloggers basically just coast off newspapermen’s blood, sweat, tears. I think that every day, more and more people are seeing that it’s just not so. Don’t you agree?
  • And, Tom, there “isn’t (a business model) in online media?” Surely that’s not what you meant?
  • OK, this piece about a suit Village Voice Media (the folks who own the Weekly) have filed against the Easy Bay Express is probably about as objective as an article I’d write about the ex-boyfriend who HAD MY MOM FLY HERE FROM INDIANA TO BREAK UP WITH ME FOR HIM, but it’s still interesting in a way my ex-boyfriend article would never be.
