We rarely venture outside SF with our news, but you have got to see the look on Edward Schaefer’s Public Defender’s face (about 56 sec in) when asked about the “not guilty” plea being entered by his client.

Schaefer, as you know, is charged in the murder of Novato 9-year-old Melody Osheroff in a drunk-motorcycling accident (as NBC Bay Area reports, definitely not his first alcohol-related offense).

We look forward to his attorney’s elaboration on his plea.
