BCN is reporting:

Roadwork this week along San Francisco’s 19th Avenue and Park Presidio Boulevard is expected to cause significant delays, according to the California Department of Transportation.

The work is part of the Highway 1 Traffic Signal Upgrade Project, and will take place from today through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the southbound lanes and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the northbound lanes.

Workers will close lanes at California Street, Clement Street, Geary Boulevard, Anza Street, Balboa Street, Cabrillo Street and Fulton Street in the Richmond District, and Lincoln Way, Irving Street, Judah Street, Noriega Street, Quintara Street and Taraval Street in the Sunset District.

Though workers will be closing only one lane at a time to reduce the effect on traffic, Caltrans is advising travelers to seek alternate routes during these times.
